This is the largest cluster in Zion that allows us to fellowship and partner with fellow leaders. Here, we share information and resources with the aim of equipping leaders. Zion represents the LBD Nation and is split into 7 communities (at present) to accommodate all leaders. Each community is overseen by a shepherd who serves as the Pastor in partnership with co- shepherd(s).

1. The Partners Community (TPC) – LBD 1 (Leaders in Diaspora)

2. The Apprentices Community (TAC) – LBD 2 (Seasoned professional leaders)

3. The Relatives Community (TRC) – LBD 3 aka R&B (Single, professional leaders)

4. The Citizens Community (TCC) – LBD 4 (Seasoned professional leaders)

5. The Entrepreneurs Community (TEC) – LBD 5 (Seasoned professional leaders)

6. The Leaders Community (TLC) – LBD 6 (Seasoned professional leaders)

7. The Stewards Community (TSC) – LBD 7 (Seasoned professional leaders)

These are groups within LBD where membership is decided by geographical location. They are also referred to Locational Fellowships in LBD. Regional fellowships are made up of Hubs (cities in each region). For example, under the West Region, we have the following hubs; Lagos Mainland hub, Lagos Island hub, Ogun hub, Osun hub, Kwara hub and Oyo (Ibadan) hub. Regional Administrators oversee activities of regional fellowships, while hubs are overseen by mayors. Every member is expected to belong to a Regional fellowship and a hub. Leaders meet physically monthly to fellowship. These regions include:

1. EUROPE REGION: leaders residing in the UK, Ireland and Germany.

2. ASIA/AFRICA REGION: leaders in Asia/Africa and Middle Eastern part of the World.

3. USA: leaders residing in the US.

4. CANADA REGION: leaders residing Canada

5. SOUTH REGION: leaders residing in the Southern region of Nigeria

6. WEST REGION: leaders in the south Western states of Nigeria.

7. EAST REGION: leaders residing in the South Eastern region of Nigeria

8. NORTH REGION: leaders residing in the Northern region of Nigeria

These are groups within LBD bound by common interests like vocation. LBD is a group of value driven professionals from various fields or vocation. The vocational fellowships allow like-minded professionals engage in career opportunities and influence global policy positions in economies around the world. They interact, share and connect with one another. Each fellowship is being headed by a Fellowship Pastor. We encourage leaders to join any vocational Fellowship that intrigue their interest.

4. Public & Political Servants Fellowship (Public & Civil Servants, Politicians, Aspiring Politicians)

5. Couples Fellowship (For leaders whose spouses are in Zion)

6. Senior Citizens Fellowship (Strictly for leaders 60 years and above).

7. GBD Fellowship (God’s Biggest Deal for Widows and Widowers).

8. LBD Cooperative Fellowship

9. Employers Fellowship (For Human Resource Managers and CEO’s of organizations)

Growth Advancement Doctors are leaders (mentors) in Zion that ensure spiritual, mental, intellectual and financial growth of Zionites.

These mentors are professionals and they are to guide Leaders through the process of reformation. A GAD team is made up of 12 being mentored by the GAD.

Purpose– It is aimed at equipping members with all they need to live productively on earth, improve their socio-economic status, identify and achieve career goals and yet be spiritually sound and be ever ready for His coming.

Expectations– Leaders are expected to be a better version of themselves in every aspect of their lives.
